The way into the Sacred Rest, Ha Shabbat is through three revelations:

The Shabbat (The Sacred Rest) is in the Hebrew written

Shin / Beit / Tav: שבת
The Name (Ha Shem) is in the Hebrew written

Shin / Mem: שם
The Covenant (Ha Berit) is in the Hebrew written

Beit / Resh / Iod / Tav: ברית
The Law (Ha Torah) is in the Hebrew written

Tav / Wav / Reish / He: תורה

These are the three constituents

of the perfect rest: שבת

Shin for the Sacred Name: שם
Beit for the Sacred Covenant: ברית
Tav for the Sacred Torah: תורה

When you enter the path to peace you do it

through Ha Shabbat: שבת
Through that you enter into the Name,

Ha Shem: שם
Then you enter into the Covenant,

Ha Berit: ברית
Then you enter into the perfect Law,

Ha Torah: תורה

Through these three שם / ברית / תורה you enter

into the perfect rest שבת
